Mei TongMei Tong has extensive first-hand experience and knowledge of the healthcare sector.
Since 1999, she has been the Managing Director of a healthcare company, which she founded herself. Mei has been responsible for implementing risk assessment, patient care planning, and health & safety and operational policies/procedures in the work place. She also has in depth experience in provision of palliative care and domiciliary care, specialising in care for the elderly, people who suffer from dementia, and people with complex physical needs.

She has trained and mentored many senior nurse managers to become specialists in the senior living sector in the UK. Mei has always maintained a high standard of service provision and possesses excellent skills in communication, leadership and business negotiation. Mei is known for her calm and friendly personality. She is a resourceful problem solver.

Mei Tong is fluent in Mandarin and English. Her goal is to fully utilise her skills and expertise to develop a care model which accommodates the Chinese culture and family values, to meet the demand of the growing ageing population in China.

Jacob Kim

Director of Analytics

Jacob Kim Jacob Kim specializes in security valuation, asset allocation, and investment portfolio management and coordinates Hampton Hoerter's business financing application and analytical practice.

Prior to joining Hampton Hoerter, Mr. Kim was a portfolio manager of Morgan Stanley, the industry's leading investment bank. He worked with high net worth families and multi-national business entities, helping them in areas of investment management and estate planning.

Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Kim was associated with FinanceNYC, LLC., a Wall Street merchant bank specializing in financing small- and middle-market high-growth companies while developing strategic partnerships, growth strategies and business models. He authored business plans and conducted extensive financial modeling for a broad variety of first- and second-stage developing companies with manufacturing, service, tech and internet-based operations.

In addition, Mr. Kim has expertise in Statistical Process Control (SPC), some principles of which are also heavily used in Modern Portfolio Theory (MPT). During his MBA, Mr. Kim has helped Fortune 500 companies such as GE, Citigroup, Verizon and Federated Logistics apply the statistical tools on their operations and identify multiple cost-saving solutions.

Mr. Kim currently holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 66 and 31. He earned his MBA with honors from Fordham University and is fluent in Korean.
